We can refund if you are sure of the following:

  • The product was defective or expiry date was passed
  • The product was damaged or lost in transit.

How do I request a refund?

  • Please send us photos of the product and original packaging within 24 hours of receipt
  • Send a brief note that describing the problem.

It may take 3 working days to process your refund and credit it to you bank account. We ask that you be patient with us and cooperate.
